"The children play in the street, cars pass by constantly, and then we can't play as much," are the words of little Strajo Čabrilo from Varina Grude, who plays with his friends on the street because they still don't have a playground. However, this could soon change, and the Sports Games, which will be held in Trebinje on the last weekend of May, could help them with that. The Games are part of the campaign "More than a game Trebinje," which aims to build a playground for the children of the Trebinje settlement Varina Gruda. Risto Grahovac, one of the parents, emphasizes that safety, or in this case, the lack thereof, is the biggest problem for their children because about 200 cars pass by the road where the children play every day. The greatest danger comes from drivers coming from other areas who drive fast, endangering the children's safety. Therefore, parents started the whole story four years ago when they gathered and initiated the construction of a playground for their children.
