As the warm summer days continue, let us look back at an important activity from the beginning of the season – the training on consultation mechanisms held on June 14 in Travnik, as part of the PRAGG project.

During this interactive session, citizens had the opportunity to learn how they can use available tools and mechanisms to ensure their voices are heard and respected in decision-making processes. Through practical examples and open discussion, participants exchanged experiences, identified key challenges in their communities, and developed concrete solution proposals.

"Having access to new information will certainly improve my work, and I will apply the knowledge I’ve gained. I wish these trainings were more frequent and attended by more citizens", said one participant from Travnik.

"After this training, my approach to local issues will change", added another participant.

Trainings of this kind have a clear goal – to empower local actors to recognize opportunities for action and take an active role in shaping their communities, rather than waiting for change to come on its own.
