PRAGG Project – Proactive Citizens invites interested associations and foundations in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) to submit project proposals aimed at advocating for the resolution of specific citizen issues at higher levels of government in BiH (cantonal, entity, and state levels).
Through this Public Call, support will be provided to project proposals focused on advocacy activities in the following thematic areas:
- Improving the rights and status of women
- Improving the rights and status of marginalized groups (persons with disabilities, children, children with developmental difficulties, etc.)
- Improving the rights and status of young people
Grant Details
The total amount of funds planned for allocation through this Public Call is BAM 250,000. The value of an individual grant must not exceed BAM 50,000.
The grant duration may range from a minimum of 12 to a maximum of 15 months.
Public Call Presentation
For all interested applicants, a presentation of the Public Call will be organized to provide a more detailed overview. The presentation will be held in person in Sarajevo and Banja Luka, and for CSO representatives unable to attend in person, an online presentation (via the Teams platform) will also be organized.
The Public Call presentation will be organized according to the following schedule:
Banja Luka – 08 September 2025 at 12:00
Sarajevo – 09 September 2025 at 12:00
Online – 12 September 2025 at 12:00
How to Apply?
Participation in the Public Call presentation must be confirmed via email to grantovi@pragg.ba no later than 05 September 2025 (please indicate the location of the presentation and whether you will attend in person or online). After expressing interest in attending the presentation, all applicants will receive information via email regarding the presentation venue in Sarajevo and Banja Luka, or a link for the online presentation.
All questions related to this Public Call must be submitted exclusively via email to grantovi@pragg.ba no later than 15 September 2025 at 16:00. Answers to submitted questions, as well as those asked during the organized presentations, will be published on the official PRAGG project website www.pragg.ba no later than 19 September 2025.
The Public Call for submission of applications/concept notes is open from the date of publication until 30 September 2025 at 16:00. Applicants must submit complete application documentation in electronic form to grantovi@pragg.ba by the deadline.
