The Association Center for Positive Practices from Breza, with the support of the PRAGG project, has launched a socially important campaign titled “Give Priority Even When You (Don’t) See a Reason.” The campaign calls for the introduction of priority rights for parents and guardians of children with developmental disabilities when accessing public services in institutions across the municipality.

The goal of the campaign is not to create privileges, but to ease the everyday lives of families who face numerous challenges.

“We are asking for understanding and support, not special treatment. Priority means less waiting, less stress, and more dignity for children and their families,” the Association emphasized.

A key focus of the campaign is on invisible reasons—not all disabilities are immediately noticeable, but they are very real.

Watch the video on the Center for Positive Practices Facebook page, where parents share their experiences, the challenges they face, and why this initiative is of great importance for the entire community.
