At the end of April, we gathered for the very first PRAGG Civil Society Assembly (more information about the event is available HERE). It was a moment of unity, exchange, and inspiration for civil society representatives from across Bosnia and Herzegovina—people who, quietly and persistently, work every day to make their communities better.
In an atmosphere of mutual understanding and support, we presented simple yet meaningful guidelines—practical tips and experiences drawn directly from PRAGG training sessions. Through engaging one-pager guides, participants explored how to strengthen their project ideas, improve their fundraising capacities, and lead impactful advocacy campaigns—all presented in a clear and accessible language.
These guidelines are more than just another document. They are a product of shared learning and effort, and a symbol of PRAGG’s dedication to building strong, sustainable organizations that serve as pillars of their communities. In a world that changes rapidly, investing in knowledge and people is not a luxury—it’s a necessity.
Previously, through PRAGG, we shared infographics with six key tips for improving visibility and media outreach. Today, with these new materials, we continue to encourage everyone striving to make their work recognized, valued, and sustainable in the long term.
Because when we empower organizations—we empower communities. And behind every successful initiative, there are people—full of ideas, hope, and the desire to make a lasting impact. These materials are here to support them in that journey.
