Sustainable Youth Centers – A New Initiative to Strengthen the Youth Sector in the Republic of Srpska
Young people in the Republic of Srpska are facing a range of challenges

Young people in the Republic of Srpska are facing a range of challenges — from limited opportunities for quality leisure activities to a lack of systemic support for their active social and professional affirmation.
One of the greatest problems is the increasingly pronounced emigration of young people from the Republic of Srpska in search of better living and working conditions.
Youth centers represent important spaces for learning, development, and youth engagement in social processes, but they require greater support to operate sustainably and long-term.

In response to these challenges, the organization "Zdravo da ste" from Banja Luka is launching a campaign to strengthen and ensure the sustainability of youth centers in the Republic of Srpska through the project "Sustainable Youth Centers."
The goal of the campaign is to bring youth centers into the public spotlight as key actors in improving the position of young people and encouraging their active participation in society.

As part of this campaign, "Zdravo da ste" has established partnerships with the Association for Community Development, Advancement, and Support from Teslić, the Citizens’ Association C.E.Z.A.R. from Srbac, the Youth Center Prnjavor from Prnjavor, and M.O.C.A.R.T. of the Republic of Srpska.
Strengthening institutional support and ensuring the long-term stability of youth centers are crucial steps toward creating better conditions for working with young people.

The organization "Zdravo da ste" strives to align its work as closely as possible with the Youth Policy of the Republic of Srpska, contributing to its successful implementation.
We believe that this campaign, along with collaboration with institutions and partners, will enable better achievement of strategic goals focused on empowering young people.

We call on all relevant stakeholders and the interested public to support this initiative and work together to create better conditions for youth in the Republic of Srpska.
