Women who experience any form of harassment or violence at work can seek free legal assistance by contacting the organization "Stop Mobbing."

"Stop Mobbing" is running a project titled "Protection of Women from Harassment in BiH - Normative or Real" as part of which a Facebook group called "Support Network for Women Facing Workplace Harassment" has been created. All interested individuals can join this network.

The organization "Stop Mobbing," along with partner organizations from Bihać, Doboj, and Gračanica, is monitoring compliance with the Law on Prohibition of Harassment at Work in RS, which was adopted in 2021. This law defines harassment at work as any behavior that can cause physical, psychological, or sexual harm to an employee or threaten their dignity and reputation.

To determine whether the law is being implemented in practice and how aware citizens are of its existence, the organization will conduct surveys in several cities in RS. Additionally, a petition will be circulated in the coming period requesting that the adopted law be respected and enforced.

"The law outlines numerous rights for workers, but despite its existence, employees in RS rarely report harassment at work. Last year, only about 40 people contacted the RS Trade Union Federation regarding workplace harassment, and nearly all cases were resolved internally without the involvement of institutions", said Anica Ramić, president of "Stop Mobbing."

On the other hand, in the Federation of BiH, there is no Law on Protection from Workplace Harassment, although the adoption of such a law would provide employees, both women and men, with a legal basis to protect themselves from harassment at work.

"It is crucial for the Federation of BiH to adopt this law, as it would legally regulate the protection against workplace harassment, procedures for obtaining protection rights, and other significant issues in this field", Ramić stated, adding that surveys will also be conducted in the Federation of BiH among employed women and legal entities to assess the importance of enacting this law.

The legal foundation for developing anti-discrimination labor law in BiH has existed for many years based on accepted international standards concerning employment discrimination in BiH.
