Over the past year, voices across the country echoed the same message: we do not want to remain in the past; we want and can do better! Citizen participation in political and public life is crucial for advancing human rights and building an inclusive society.

The PRAGG project, through open dialogue with citizens, civil society organizations, and local authorities, has demonstrated that civic activism is not only possible but powerful. One of the standout moments was the PRAGG Festival "Living Activism," held in July, which showcased the successes of citizens from Gračanica, Gradačac, Bijeljina, Trebinje, and Tešanj. This event was not just a celebration of achievements but also a platform for inspiration—for organizations, informal groups, and individuals who, through the exchange of experiences, presented new perspectives for the development of civil society.

For many participants, these projects were not merely initiatives awaiting approval and financial support but significant personal victories. They became a source of motivation for continued active participation in shaping the quality of their lives.

This year reminded us of an important truth: change begins at the local level. We shape the future we want—step by step, action by action. As we bid farewell to a remarkable year, we reflect not only on the moments from the PRAGG Festival but also on all the inspiring stories that have moved us to continue working together.
